How long after ordering is my order shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping time is 2-5 business days.

 

Which carrier do you use?

We primarily ship all items with USPS and UPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

 

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship all orders from our USA (Texas) location. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

  • USA: Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada: Within 4-10 business days
  • Europe: Within 2-7 business days
  • Australia/NZ: Within 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: Within 5-20 business days

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?

You may change your shipping address after placing an order by contacting our support team promptly. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify the address.

Be aware that delivery instructions are not processed through our system; you must contact the carrier directly. For security reasons, we advise shipping to an address where someone can receive the package, as we are not liable for theft and cannot replace stolen packages.

 

I didn’t receive my order

For assistance, please contact our support team at admin@toracoffeetea.com and provide your order number from the confirmation email or SMS message. We will assist you in locating your order.

 

My package got lost, stolen or damaged

In the event that your package is missing, lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend initially contacting the shipping carrier to address the issue. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, and you have selected our shipping protection option, please reach out to our support team for further help.

 

Customs Fees/Taxes

We strive to facilitate the smooth and prompt arrival of your item, which includes providing all necessary information for customs on the package label.

Recent changes in EU customs regulations may result in the imposition of a sales tax (VAT) at the time of delivery of your order. Please consult your local tax authority for details on the fees applicable to goods shipped from the USA.

Should there be any customs fees, the recipient is responsible for their payment.

How do I place an order?

Orders placed on this site are for shipping only. If you’d like to place an order for local pick-up, click the orange banner at the top of the website.

Once you’ve selected an item to purchase, click ‘Add to Cart’ and follow the checkout instructions. Be sure to review your order carefully before submitting.

Cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped within 2-3 business days using the shipping method chosen at checkout. For example, if you place an order during a Sunday night release, it will ship by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days after shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal methods.

When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder for updates.

Are there peanuts/tree nuts in your cookies?

Yes, we have cookies that contain peanuts and other tree nuts. We also have cookies that are nut-free, but all of our cookies are processed in the same facility, so there is always a risk of cross-contamination.

Do you make gluten-free (GF) cookies?

Due to limited demand, we don't keep gluten-free cookies in stock. However, we're happy to accommodate custom orders for larger quantities.

What is the best way to enjoy cookies?

We recommend reheating in the oven or air fryer at 350°F for 4-5 minutes.

In a rush? The microwave works as a quicker option; heat for 12-15 seconds! If you are reheating more than one cookie in the microwave, we suggest doing them one at a time.

TORA has two physical locations in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. We'd love to have you visit us!

What is your return policy? Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

Please ensure you are fully committed before finalizing your purchase.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food items) and custom orders (like special or personalized items).

Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale items and gift cards.
